FNC says 146 passengers on board. Water taxis reportedly picking up survivors.
Passenger : Jeff spoke with media. They smelled gas before crash. Everyone on board was rescued. According to the N.J. State Police , the pilot declared an emergency in flight and a “bird strike”.
